The Axalp is a mountain at an altitude of around 1500 m. u. M. Located in the Bernese Oberland in Switzerland and easily reachable by car.

Meet our, 5 stars know 4½ room chalet for 2 to 6 people. Treat yourself to a wonderful holiday in the Bernese Oberland with Fantastic views of the mountains. In the winter you can go directly with the skis to the apartment. We would be pleased to welcome you as our guests.

In the garage (height max. 2m) two parking spaces for the apartment will be reserved. From the garage you have a direct access to the apartment.

The luxurious kitchen with a cooking island with electric stove (ceramic) and oven. A dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fondue heater, cookware and much more can also be outfitted.

We don’t rent the Chalet Hubel from 1/12/2016 – 30/04/2017

Conditions:

  Cancels the tenant his holidays, he remains on the following terms for payment of the agreed rental payment obligation: to 90 days before arrival CHF 50/ €45.-; to 60 days before arrival CHF 100/ €90.-; to 31 days before arrival 50% of rental; from 30 days before arrival 90% of rental. In case of early departure or late arrival the tenant remains obligated you to full payment of the rent.

Reservation and payment 

When making your reservation, we create a lease with the following breakdown of the amounts: a deposit consisting of 40% of the rent, payable within 10 days and a final payment 14 days before arrival. For reservations made less than 30 days before the arrival, the whole amount is due.

The deposit of CHF 300.- or Euro 250.- will leave the owner / manager on arrival.
